1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the provision of security services (hereinafter "services") between CyberDev s.r.o. (hereinafter "the company") and its customers. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
2. Services
Our company provides a wide range of security services, including training, security plan creation, the Red Alert application and other services. Services will be provided based on the specific requirements of the customer as set out in the service agreement.
3. Liability
The company undertakes to provide services with expertise and care. However, we are not liable for damages caused outside the scope of our services. The customer is obliged to ensure that security measures are correctly implemented and used in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Prices and payments
The prices of our services are set out in the prior agreement between the company and the customer. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 30 days of invoice.
5. Data protection
Our company undertakes to protect customers' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). For more information about the processing of your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the service contract at any time, provided they do so in accordance with the terms set out in the contract. In the event of cancellation, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee.
7. Final provisions
These terms and conditions may be updated by our company without prior notice. We recommend that customers regularly check the current version of the terms on this page.
