Active Shooter Training
Training is conducted by active and former members of elite combat units directly at your organisation – schools, hospitals, government offices, companies and public institutions. We provide it for employees and staff as well as students in grades 8–9 (elementary), secondary school students and university students.

Training content

Terminology, weapons, psychological aspects, attacks
Definitions and terminology, overview of weapon types and characteristics, attacker and victim psychology, analysis of real incidents.

Run – definition, principles, mistakes, practical drill
Correct procedures for escaping a threat zone, most common mistakes and how to avoid them, practical evacuation drill.

Hide and barricade – definition, principles, mistakes, practical drill
Suitable hiding spots, improvised door securing and barricading, typical mistakes when hiding, practical drill.

Fight – definition, principles, mistakes, practical drill
When and how to switch to active defence, improvised weapons and techniques, principles of team action, live drill with training ammunition.
- 5
Medical preparation – theory and practical drill
Stopping massive bleeding – pressure bandage, tourniquet, improvised methods. ABC – maintaining vital functions until the ambulance arrives.

Complex scenario
Two independent complex scenarios incorporating all practised skills – simulation of a real situation in your organisation’s environment.

Debrief and feedback
Review of the exercise, key findings and recommendations, Q&A with participants.
Certificate
After completing the training, the organisation receives a certificate of completion (electronically, free of charge). A printed individual certificate for each participant is available for an additional fee.
Upon request we provide the Red Alert app free of charge for 1 year – it delivers instant alerts during attacks, fires and other crisis situations.
Scheduling
Training can take place no earlier than 30 days after signing the contract – we must notify both municipal and state police in advance about the handling of weapons and obtain approval.
