Active Shooter Training
We conduct hands-on training directly at your organisation, conducted by active and former members of elite combat units. It covers soft target theory, weapons familiarisation, Run–Hide–Fight tactics, a simulated attack with training ammunition and medical drills (massive bleeding control and ABC). We train schools, hospitals, government offices and private companies. Participants receive a certificate.
Self-Defence Course
Practical close-range attacker defence course (bladed and firearm threats). Conducted by members of elite combat units. Covers theory, basic movement, distance management, defensive techniques, environmental awareness and attacker neutralisation. Max. 24 participants.
Cybersecurity Training
A practical NIS2 and cybersecurity workshop for schools and public entities. Act 264/2025 Coll. (NIS2) requires these organisations to implement security measures – non-compliance carries penalties of up to CZK 250 million. The workshop covers phishing and social engineering, passwords and MFA, incident response and action planning. Format: approx. 35% theory, 65% exercises and simulation – working in groups.
Security Plan
We create security plans for soft targets in line with the methodology of the Czech Ministry of the Interior. The plan includes a risk analysis, a facility map highlighting weak points, preventive measures, crisis response procedures (attack, fire, evacuation, lockdown) and recommendations for physical and technical security. The output is ready to submit to the governing authority or insurer. The service also includes regular review and updates – methodology, staff and facility conditions change, and the plan must stay current.
Red Alert App
Our own PWA application for instant organisation-wide alerts. A single press triggers an alarm, sends push notifications to all staff, shares GPS location and activates pre-configured crisis protocols. Available in Czech and English; native apps for Android and iOS. Direct integration with Municipal Police or a security agency is possible. We also handle complete deployment – user group setup, crisis scenarios, staff training and ongoing administrative support.
Sale of Defensive Pepper Sprays
We supply certified defensive pepper sprays for personal protection – spray, gel and fogger variants in various sizes (40–400 ml). Our range includes professional Police and ESP brand sprays suitable for everyday employees and security personnel alike. Sprays can also be purchased as part of a comprehensive security package.
Security Audit and Site Inspection
We carry out a physical inspection of your premises and identify security weaknesses – entry and gatehouse controls, perimeter and fencing, escape routes, CCTV coverage, lighting, access permissions and existing procedures. The output is a written report with prioritised recommendations.
Drills and Practical Exercises
We conduct practical crisis drills on your premises – active shooter response (lockdown, evacuation, barricading), fire evacuation and full crisis simulations. Exercises run with your actual staff in your real environment so employees know exactly what to do before emergency services arrive.

We are developing integration of panic buttons directly with the Red Alert app. A single press by any employee instantly triggers an organisation-wide alarm and summons help – no need to call or send a message.
Consultancy for Authorities and Founders
Methodological support for cities, regions and school districts implementing a unified security approach across multiple schools and institutions. We help set standards, coordinate training and select technical solutions for an entire network of organisations.
Grant Advisory
We help you identify and apply for available grant programmes covering security measures and soft target protection – IROP calls, Ministry of the Interior programmes, regional schemes and EU funds. We advise on programme selection and assist with application preparation.
