Self-Defence Course

Close-range attacker defence course (bladed and firearm threats). Practical training focused on self-defence techniques and crisis response.

Why this course?

Most people assume an attack will never happen to them. The statistics say otherwise. Most attacks happen at close range, in a corridor, classroom or workplace. This course teaches you to react instinctively, effectively and calmly, whether the attacker is using a knife, a firearm or attacking bare-handed.

What will you learn?

  • How to read dangerous situations and recognise an attack before it begins
  • Correct body movement and distance management
  • Defensive techniques against bladed weapons (knife, baton)
  • Defensive techniques against firearms
  • Using the environment and surroundings to your advantage
  • Neutralising and restraining the attacker until help arrives
  • Psychological aspects: how to think under pressure and avoid panic
